  1. What types of baked goods do you offer?

    • French macarons and cookies are our specialties!

  2. Am I able to buy an assortment of macarons?

    • Mogi's operates mainly as a wholesale business. We specialize in large orders for corporate & special events, and B2B orders. Our minimum required order is 30 macarons

  3. Can you ship your products to me?

    • Yes and no. Most of our products will ship well with the exception of the macarons. Because macarons are so fragile, we are working on the best way to deliver these to your fresh and unharmed. We will send out a BIG announcement once shipping is available for macarons.

  4. Do you have a physical store?

    • No, we do not have a physical store. Each macaron we make is special for you and made-to-order. Please give us a call or let us know when placing an order if you prefer pickup or delivery for your order.

  5. How many macaron/cookie flavors can I order?

    • We require a 30-item minimum for each order and for each flavor from our Menu. For example, if you order 45 macarons, it comes with a choice of one flavor. If you order 60 macarons, you may choose up to two flavors. If you are looking for custom orders, we require a 100+ order and additional charges may apply.

  6. Do you offer discounts for orders in bulk?

    • Yes! We work off a tiered-pricing system. The larger the order, the less per unit cost. Reach out to us for more information or check out our Wholesale section.

  7. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

    • Yes! We offer gluten-free options. In fact, all of our French macarons have gluten-free options. Please be sure to request this option when placing an order.

  8. Can I place a custom order?

    • Absolutely! We require a 100-item order minimum for any custom flavors not found on our Menu.  Include any customization requests, including most flavors, in your price quote request or give us a call!

  9. How far in advance should I place an order?

    • We require a 2-week minimum notice for all orders, but for large or complex orders, please reach out as soon as you can.

  10. Do you deliver?

    • Yes, we offer delivery for macarons within a certain radius of our kitchen. Delivery fees may apply. Call us or click on 'Request a Quote’ section for more details. Also, we can ship cookies to anywhere in the U.S.!

  11. Do you offer gift packaging?

    • Yes! We offer beautifully packaged gift options for all occasions. Perfect for corporate events or weddings as a welcome or parting gift.

  12. Do you use any artificial ingredients or preservatives?

    • We pride ourselves on using high-quality, natural ingredients, and we avoid artificial flavors and preservatives whenever possible. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns when placing an order.

  13. What is your policy for cancellations or changes to orders?

    • A 25% deposit for orders is required when order is placed. Please call or email us asap to make any changes to your order. An order change fee may apply.

  14. Do you have an Instagram account?

    • Our Instagram account is @mogismacarons. We are bakers and not influencers, so please be patient with us as we add more content.

  15. Do you accommodate allergies?

    • We take food allergies seriously. While we can't guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment, we are happy to discuss your needs and provide options for common allergens like nuts, dairy, and eggs.

  16. How should I store your baked goods?

    • For the best taste and freshness, we recommend storing our baked goods in an airtight container in the fridge. Most items are best enjoyed within 7 days but can be frozen for storage up to 3 months.
